SCH2010 - First Mug Order

I have 33 orders for mugs at the moment, and they come in batches of 36 for the price I have, therefore there are 3 left from the first batch so everyone up to Steve Hudson (Assyntroad) and the next 3 orders will get mugs (but there are still some left to send me a cheque!!!)

Anyone after that will need to hope there are a further 36 ordered (or if close I'll order and take a risk on selling them on the day.

Not treading on toes at all, the aim is to raise charity money so any options will be explored.

You don't all have to own up I'm not that bothered but don't want it to get forgotten.

Also just in case anyone who's sent me a cheque is worrying - I haven't cashed any yet and don't intend to do so until week before Easter when I'll pay them all in together. They are all sat on my fireplace waiting til I can get to the bank when its open (work is a pain!!!!)

Order for mugs and baseball caps has gone in, this does not mean I cannot order more, just getting the first batch out of the way. Photo of mug prototype is now on my website on the SCH2010 page if you want to see it and I think it looks good.

Unfortunately it looks like pens will not prove viable unless I get some more orders, therefore those who have ordered will be able to get their money back from me at SCH. Sorry, but only 18 orders and 3 of those are mine!!!

Could really do with a couple more sign ups to the runway time though to make best use of the time.

How many more pen orders do you need ? I could add a couple more if it helps but theres no point if you are miles out ...

And just to confirm I will not be using the runway mate... just to count myself out... its a lonnnng way from home! well past Scotch Corner so in my books that makes it Europe ! "and for that reason, I'm out"

Miles out - need 46 to break even and currently have 18 orders including mine. Did think about buying 50 and selling on the day, but don't want to take that much risk (£80+ of my own money) when I have done so on some extra mugs based on last years sales

First mug and cap order are in (I have also ordered 2 rugby shirts, a polo shirt and a hoodie that my boys and I will be wearing on the day as examples should anyone want to order some). The sample of the cap (or any other clothing item) logo is shown below. It looks better in the flesh, so to speak, than in the photo but even the photo looks ok in my opinion.

Thanks for pointing out my spooling era (shorts did of course mean shirts although shorts and socks can be made available if required ), I put that down to 2 cans of cider before dinner and no lunch!!!

first 50 mugs arrive tomorrow - and before anyone else says it I mean the china variety not those made of flesh and blood

Picked up the first order for the baseball caps this week and also a few samples of the other stuff for my boys and I, 2 rugby shirts, a hoodie and a polo shirt.

Polo Shirts £15
Rugby tops £25 or £30 dependent on type
Hoodie £25

Really quite pleased with the look. I'll be placing a last order for these items the week of 10 May so if anyone want any let me know before then or there'll need to be postage as well.
