fitting a new exhaust

Hi there, I have a new exhaust for my S2 (the old one had hit one too many bumps and the upcoming MOT would be one too many).

I am just looking for advice on removal of the old exhaust and fitment of the new one. At the risk of walking into a whole load of trouble, it actually looks pretty straightforward but I'd welcome the experience of others who could perhaps advise on any particular tricks - particularly for getting the old exhaust off.....
