kerb weight V8S

Need some urgent help..about to register my V8S in Sweden and the kerb weight needs to be documented.

It did not appear on the V5C (which has now been sent in) and there is no identification plate under the bonnet.
Can anyone help with a suggestion as to how to prove the weight?

The bible says its 940 kg (taken from the original sales brochure) it also shows that same weight for the S2-S4 which sounds unlikely... ? I believe that is "unladen"

The figure I have is 1050kg. Not entirely sure where that came from though, the only way to get a sensible answer I think is going to be to weigh one. I would weigh mine but it's in bits.

My S3 is dead on 1040. How accurate does it need to be?

My original owners handbook for my V8SC which was sold new in June94 shows the weight as 1054 Kg.
It isnt shown as kerb weight, just weight.

Why don't you pop down to your local friendly weighbridge, slip the operator the money for a drink and get him to print out the weight?
