Cap Suppressors

anyone assist with advising what these are all about ? Parts list here advises 7 x Motorcraft 6081467 required, but having changed the leads/coil/cap on my S3C it didn't have them fitted.

No mention in the bible or S Series Parts Catalogue.

any information appreciated.

Should be the standard Ford (motorcraft) part for the engine..

These "adapters" were original equipment on V6 S's, but some owners have removed them and the metal guard around the distributor.
