Permanent Marker on the Chassis?

Whilst de-greasing the engine bay/chassis, across the front brace read in black permanent marker: S4C 186.
Any ideas what it is????

I seem to have #132 plastered everywhere in mine (inside door panels, under the fabric on the roof panels, under the carpeting, under the soundproofing on the bonnet etc...)

I did point this out to the insurance company and they were quite impressed

I had this as well, front offside corner, obviously mine didn't say S4C.... though . Since painted over, almost felt that I should have left it framed .
