Heater Matrix change - Dashboard removal

Hi.

My V8S have a faulty Heater Matrix.

So I ask myself how can I change this part - I think it's very difficult.

Can anyone tell me what is the best way to get the old Heat Exchanger out and a new one in.
Maybe somebody or other has a good manual for a complete Dashboard Removal.

Goodish guidance bur that an S2 the S3 dash is completly different -
