Maybe a bit late in the day for this year but how about something like this another time,
An area where people could leave their spare and left over parts for sale, priced and labelled, those sellers taking in turn to man the "stall" during the day (contribution from any monies raised to chosen charity ?).
Guess items available would generally be small stuff, not a lot of room to bring wheels, gearbox's, etc if attending in your Tiv !
I see this more as a way of being able to help out a fellow owner rather than make huge amounts of money (and clear some clutter out of the garage) and would rely on a little trust and honesty by everyone.

Had thought about that and I thinks its a good idea but dont really want to take oily, rusty and dirty bits in my p&j. But either could get SHMBO to bring daily driver or a group locally based could get together and share a van.

Its funny as I was reading this last night (on a BB) and I remembered that at last years meeting I couldnt give away a brand new dissy cap... no takers...
I'll be bringing down some bits and bobs and will leave them strewn around my car (unless your idea takes off and theres a dedicated place for them) most will be donations for the better good but a couple may have a price tag on them, all will be small.

I remember you Kev with the dizzy cap... I managed to pick a few bits up at Chatsworth and thought what a good opportunity it would be to exchange spares etc at the various meets. Mike I think its a great idea I'll be bringing down some bits and bobs and will leave them strewn around my car (unless your idea takes off and theres a dedicated place for them) most will be donations for the better good but a couple may have a price tag on them, all will be small.
