captive nut

hi all,
was wondering if anyone had tackled repairing the bottom door hinge nut/bobbin thats in the body. mines come loose and is causing the door to sag. seems like a pretty weak design.

had a look but no-one seems to have tried fixing it?? will keep searching before I have a proper look at the weekend. Maybe best getting it looked at by someone that does glassing but there are very few up this neck of the woods.

Hi All
It may be just the bolt, take it off and look at the bobin in the body, I ran a 10mm tap through the bobin and there was enough threads left, just had to use a new bolt with longer threads on them.
