First experience on the track

Had my first experience on a race track last friday. I did the "Intro to Zolder" as part of the yearly Continental TVR meeting organised by the Dutch TVR Club. I enjoyed every minute on track. It proved the S3 is a great track weapon too ! Next year full program.

Having chased you all over Scotland I can only imagine what you must be like on a track...

Anita looks very relaxed - pic was obviously before you went on track!

It was another great event at Zolder, but for the first time after many years, I was a spectator.
I can never understand why more TVRs don't go to this amazing track day on a grand prix circuit.

Next year is the big one - the 30th Continental Meeting.

In fact a track is much easier to drive than normal roads, much smoother asphalt and predictable corners.
I had just fitted new Ferodo performance brake pads which did their job very well !

The fact that Zolder is in Belgium makes it a bit more expensive for UK TVR's to come over.
I live just 75 km north of Zolder.

Getting the Tiv onto a track is the only safe way of finding out how good they are in terms of handling and the S can be very good - no wonder you enjoyed it.
