Seat belt twisting

I've had to make some seat belt guides to stop the rear of the XJS seats rubbing on the seat belt when you lean back - anyway they have given me a surprise bonus - they also stop the seatbelts twisting 
I'll post some pics and how I made them in a day or two - the paint is still drying at the moment.

OK here you go
This test is actually made from a bit of 35mm copper pipe
A length approx 5 to 6 inch partially squashed in the vice - then half of the top half was sawn away if that makes sense then the slit down the middle was cut. I then prised the edges apart and squashed it a bit more in the vice, I put a bit of steel inside to create the gap then removed it.
35mm diameter pipe if you do the maths squashed is just the right size.
I can't really give you any measurements as it was all done on a 'that'll do' basis
