Seats - recover or replace

Hi All

The seats in the car are now a tad tired and the smaller metal bits underneath have rotted out. I made a repair with Yachtie cord but the leather isnt all it might be.

So is it worth the investment to have them recovered - I guess this would be about £200 each if lucky. Or go for an alternate replacement from a different car - Or a 'bucket' style seat ? Loads on E bay of all shapes and sizes. Anybody any experience of this ?

There are some XJS seats on Ebay - was fitting them ok or did you have any problems installing ?

Hi Mark, I`ve dropped a set of Chimmy seats into my S2 and I think it`s an improvement on the original seats.
