does anyone know what the connection plug-in is called on the ecu for a fault code reader to be connected ? i'm looking on ebay and most adds mention obd ?
I think OBD refers to On Board Diagnostics. There's no connector on the ECU as such but there's a socket in the loom nearby that takes the connectos from the tester. It's a sort of a rounded off triangular shape.
