went round to kens house today with jaye, to see what bits we could sell for his wife
his car will be on soon ,there are a few spares on TVR parts classifieds

I don't need any of those parts, but well done to both of you for helping Ken's family with this. I was working on my car today, and had to loosen that metal strip at the back under the petrol tank cradle - and remembered that Ken gave it to me at an SCH meeting.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for any bits that I could use.

found a INDICATOR but has been sprayed no cracks also 1 with a bit missing

These look 100% identical to the S2/3 trailing arms I just purchased from TVRCarParts.
Bargain at that price brand new.

Those are S4 or V8S arms. The track looks slightly wider than S3 or previous models. S2 and S1 damper mounting bracket is also different.

I think the other ones (the used white ones) are S3 or later - they seem to have the separate adjustable inner bush mounting, S1 and S2 were all one piece.

All still a bargain though!

That is so fortunate that you made that remark...
Went home and had a closer look at my new ones.



One looks wide track, the other normal.
Just as well they're not fitted yet!

Dead easy to spot the difference - S4/V8S trailing arms have a bracket for brake hose at hub - others (with drum braked rear) don't.
