what spring ratings for your S

hi all

opinoins for spring rating on your s please
i will be fitting gaz gold pros to the car , the car will only be for road use , no track days
i want it to handle well on the twisty's and to give a comfy ish ride when taking it easy
advice at the moment is 350 1bs back and front ?

i dont want the ride to be to hard if i was to fit 350 1bs to the rear what rating for the front would you recommend 425 - 450 ?

I use 425 on the front and 325 on the rear with my GAZ gold's and 8 clicks from soft both ends, perfect for road use (no matter how hard you are trying)and when I did the ring recently I put them to max hard (20 clicks)

10 clicks from hard out of 21 front. 11 clicks from hard out of 19 rear.

Set by the highly scientific method of driving repeatedly over a set of particularly nasty speed humps at work and adjusting to give minimum rebound without 'crashing' over them.
