Im obsessed by indicators!!

There are now 2 sets (one has a rear light cluster set chucked in) - I thought these were rare. Loads coming out of the woodwork recently! Someone must have found an Old LDV supplier who still stocks or something

Hi Deeman, It takes a real enthusiast to buy indicators for over 100 quid especially as other lenses fit !! also replacements are available !!!!! The rear lights aren`t to difficult to acquire.

Funny how nobody has come on here yet and admitted to paying that sort of money yet ?

Maybe its TVR specialist bodyshops buying them up so they can do "genuine" front end crash repairs or authentic restorations

Hi all - I emailed the guy selling the ones in the uk and he said he has a few sets but didn't say how many. They are fetching silly money really but if people want them that badly then I suppose they are worth it. I got a pair of the lenses only off the chap off here for £50 as one of mine was cracked. Still not changed it but will at some point. In order to the bring the price down surely its best not to bid on something until the end. IMHO - We the 'buyers' have the power to dictate the price of any items offered by not bidding.

Does anyone know if there are rules on ebay, to stop someone falsely inflating the price? I'm not saying these guys have and I'm sure they are perfectly genuine, but what stops someone bidding on their own kit or getting their mates to? Re leaving it to the last minute - yes I understand that's better but then it goes to a bid war if someone has dumped a higher final end bid. I guess ultimately in that last minute situation it will boil down to the speed of your broadband and PC??

Yes there are rules on "shill" bidding - the difficulty is proving it.
I know a couple who bid on each others gear to inflate the price and this goes un-noticed even though both accounts are registered at the same address!
