Chroming on the bumpers

Hi all, Nick's car has had its chrome bumper stripe removed (I believe Longer's told him he removed it as it was a bit tatty when he bought the car). Nick is trying to return the car to its former glory, so does anyone know where he can find a length of chrome to cut and fit back on the top of the bumper? Also, what's the best way to attach the chrome to the bumper/bodywork?

its a "D" section chrome strip with self adhesive backing and available in coil form from most motor factors in the "Bling" section
11/12 mm wide comes to mind but I think I struggled to find that width, 9 looked too narrow, 15 too wide

Easy, has got double sided tape on and cuts nice with a sharp knife pressed from front to back.
