Problems getting into gear

Any ideas guys
I have got a problem getting into 1st and reverse.I have changed the fluid and there are no leaks in the system also there seems to be good movement on the clutch release arm. It feels to me if the clutch is not lifting correctly as it feels like it's dragging, any one had this problem.

I had the same thing last year i ignored as long
as possible did a TITT run then it got very bad
and had new clutch fitted ok now

i had it when the clutch mastercylinder was on its way out. It wasnt leaking but the internal return spring had broken and was reducing its ability to return properly.
alos try bleeding the clutch master to slave cylinder circuit, could just be as simple as that (fingers crossed)

my cylinder (slave??? the one on the gear box) is loose and rattely clutch works fine any ideas?

Do you mean the mounting bolts are loose? Tighten 'em up!

Exactly the same here end of last year.
Clutch replaced. Was something to do with the spring 'fingers' on the clutch. (and maybe 220,000 km of use....)
