The sun is out in East Anglia, so I couldn't resist taking the S to work.

The problem was that it was 1.5 Degrees C and the heater doesn't work - Still I put on a few layers and scarf, hat and gloves and soon forgot the cold.

The sun is still out for the drive home - Excellent.

Come on guys, I reccomend it - its like swimming in the sea: its far to cold to go in, but if you do then you will love it. You will also get extra time driving your Tiv this year.

I had my first run out last weekend, not a huge distance but as it was up the A686 to Hartside top and back on mainly dry roads it was invigorating to say the least...

I'm looking forward to the dry hot summer... Aaahhh! Global Warming eh ? off to burn some tyres now to raise the temperatures a bit more

Top was off last Sunday for an early (and refreshing) wizz over to Race Retro at Stoneleigh but it was ping down by home time so, unlike someone I know, top goes on when the heavens open

Good work guys - you know it makes sense.

Just to let you know the drive home was just the same...sunny and cold but fun.
Came across two gritters on the way home. It's not a problem for the car as it was dry, but it's no fun getting a face full of grit!

Chilly in Essex yesterday morning, had to be roof off though. Friends in Chim's & a Tuscan didn't agree though.

I crossed Hartside pass again on sat and sun (although sunday was in the 4x4 ) and although sunday was by far the brightest, there were two Chim's reaaly gunning it coming up the west side but both had their roofs up - must be to stop their golf clubs from getting cold

drive with a S i am usually the only S at the mid Essex meets

It were fresh up 'ere too today.
Roof off (of course) up over Allenheads into Weardale ( Kev knows what I'm talking about)
Thick frost at home and snow still hanging on in gullies on the tops.

Great drive out.

I'm in Chelmsford; mates are doted around Chelms, Wickford & SWF; routes vary - this Sunday we meet in Chelms, headed through Ingatestone - Blackmore - A414 - Margaretting - Galleywood - Hanningfield.

Sometimes down to Burnham or Mersa, other times around Stortford or further afield to Ace Cafe on a TVR night & then back though the town. Some reasonable routes about, not enough tunnels in Essex though

We are aiming to be at one of the TVR meets soon so I'll make it x2 for the S's.
