Does anyone have any photos of a red S with a Beige or dark red hood??? Am thinking of changing my hood later this year and as I will change the whole hood, might as well think about a colour change!

Cheers, Pies you must have a pic in your extensive library???

Cheers

I've seen one in Tan..(or was it a chim) it was OK but I reckon it would show up marks a lot more too I guess..

The Green Chimaeras sort of get away with a Green roof,
but Dark red.. may I be the 1st to say:

No offence intended

Cheers,
Matt

As its not an everyday car, I never drive it in the rain, and very rarely with the hood actually up, it shouldnt get that dirty. With the Magnolia interior and a Cream roof folded down, I think would look quite good would just like to see a photo, if poss, adobe photoshop just doent show it properly?? The Red roof actually doesnt look that bad, I will post a pic later after I have been to the pub.

Bit small to see very well in that pic Mike, but I think it would look good. Blue ones with a dark blue hood look great, so I think the complimentary colour on your red car should also work (IMHO).

Wouldn't go ahead and spend the cash until you are really happy though. It'll be good to see if WildfireS3 can come up with a convincing photoshop impression.

At the end of the day as long as you like it...

Yes it would be good to see what Wildfire can do with photoshop, I still think the beige hood will be best as its mostly down anyway, it will blend in more with the Magnolia interior!

How about just replacing the material on the interior of the hoop ? as this is mostly what you see when it's down ?

Would be cheaper too !

Doesnt look bad, the underside of roll over hoop is already Magnolia so a Beige hood would look OK I think.

Thanks

Mike
