S3C WIRING

Progress with my body off resto goes well and body is back on and rewiring is going well. However i have a rogue thick brown wire, this lost its tag during the body off time. The wire lives in front L/H wheelarch next to the earthing stud for the bundled together black wires. I suspect that this also may be a earth wire but the colour is confusing me as i know browns are normally power feeds, so other thought is that it may be a power feed from starter motor live. Can anybody shed any light on this?

On the V8S there is a reasonably thick brown wire that runs from the big positive terminal on the starter thats connects to the battery + terminal. I think it is the power feed for most things on the car.

TVr use black for earths but many manufacturers, including Ford I believe,use brown (much to this chaps annoyance)!
