I intendn to visit London end of next week / start of the followig to get a few xmas bits, Mostly a handbag so want to see a good selection, I intend to start at Selfridges and probably have about 5 hours, I would like to look in there ( also want to drool over the watches in the wonder room )and then go to a couple of other places and have enough time to go back there if nothing takes my fancy elsewhere.

I dont really know the city too well so want the places after selfridges to be fairly close travel on the tube or bus,

Where should I be heading ?

New Bond Street is great for bags and watches if you want to spend loads of money. You will find the best that the world has to offer in that street.
Both Selfridges and New Bond Street can be accessed from Bond Street Tube station.
