I went a couple of years ago, and I am pretty certain it was just a turn up early and get in line type of affair. It was a nice day out (good weather) and the kids enjoyed the museum, as they hadn't been before.

Yup its a turn up event but get there early to get your place. Are you sure its the 21st iv been told it was the 14th but could be wrong. Not for the first time i might add.
