Speed trap - Wideopen

The Mrs has flagged up that the mobile speed trap on Wideopen main road is sitting behind the flashing 30mph speed limit warning sign again.

She says they switch the sign off during this exercise in getting their quotas up improving the safety of our roads. I'm no defender of speeding in a 30, but if she's right about the sign this strikes me as a particularly cynical tactic.
