Broken down Tiv on A19 this afternoon?

Was it a NEPHer broken down on the A19 southbound about 4pm today? Burgundy Griffith or Chim I think, from my limited Tiv-spotting skills... passed on the other side when the recovery truck was just pulling up, and was coming back down when it'd been recovered... hope it was nothing major.
