north east set up for halteck e8 ECU

I have a Subaru turbo track car that needs a ECU set up its a Halteck E8
does any one know who would be able to help set this up

You could ask Motoscope at Northallerton...depending how far away you are.

Pretty clued up there, and of course rolling road.
