For those of you who couldn't make it, you didn't miss much.
Me & Jim still had a pleasant day, but there was hardly anyone there, not many cars or competitors either. VSCC turn out was weak, very few Vintage cars, and no Bentley showing at all, either VSCC or the usual BDC bunch.
An event on the decline, which is a shame. A hell of a contrast to just a couple of years ago. Can anyone remember when they had 19 Maserati 250F's in attendance, and a race just for them, not to mention that huge marquee full of Edwardian/Aero engined monsters?
All good things and that...

A good day out but from chatting to a friend in the VSCC, there were some problems over dates and guest race series. Having so many historic events happening in the UK now probably doesn't help. I get the impression the Silverstone meeting is now their top annual race event. Still, a pleasant way to pass a Saturday.
