Derby Hotels

Hi. I have to go up to Derby for a couple of days for work. Can anyone recommend a Hotel near London road which has safe parking as I might be taking my Cerb?

If I recall correctly, the Ramada Encore on Pride Park has secure parking (open air but gated), hotel pleasant enough too.

Cathedral Quarter, stayed a few times, very nice. Secure parking across the road.

If you want I'll park it in my bosses space at Rolls Royce (VERY secure) on Moor Lane. he's on Hols this week.

I'd park here, and choose a hotel elsewhere. The Jurys Inn is nice, but a tiny car park.

I'm being recommended the Derby conference centre by the company I'll be going to see... Any good?
Their recommendation is purely geographic but I'm not choosing somewhere purely on that basis!

Just be careful to steer clear of the Hallmark hotel...talk about polishing a turd.

Parking is within it's own grounds so reasonably secure.... but it's a bit of a dive and not in a great area!

I work not far from London Road; you can park it outside my office if you like, I'll look after it for you. Best to leave the keys with me just in case though...
