Hi i have just brought a 2.0 diesel vectra but have found out it has no turbo on it only a low preshore one can i change this for a high preshore one

You should be able to change it for a higher output turbo from another Vectra.

However, you may find that the turbo you have is restricted in some way and either a removal of a restrictor, or a simple remap would give you the performance of the higher output turbo model.

I reckon that there might be answers to this on a Vectra or Vauxhall forum.
