Best place for vege food in Leicester?

I was hoping there may be some tree hugging vegetarians in here

I need to find a nice place to take a date, however she is a vegetarian. Being a typical bloke, I don't know any places that have good vegetarian food.

I was hoping for somewhere that's not indian food, so somewhere nice and cosy, romantic etc.

Leicester would be ideal, although if it's not too far away then outside of Leicester would be ok.

How about Italian? usually a few veggie pasta dishes on the menu.
