Mobile Wheel Refurb - Solihull Area

Can anyone recommend a man in a van that can come out and refurb a couple of wheels on my wife's car? Nothing too difficult or challenging, it's a standard Golf and the paint has lifted possibly through corrosion on two of the wheels.

If there is somebody you have used that does a top job please let me know.

There is a guy based in Bidford upon Avon, Wizzard Wheels or something, that I've used

He did the MX5, BMW Z4M & Ferrari

He never did my BMW or Ferrari he did the Subaru

Steve Ford, tell him Andy with the TT sent you... 07843686062 He's done around 5 different mates cars now and they have all been over the moon. TTS, Beetle, My 996 Wheels amongst others... Top job on everything and prices i've found to be unbeatable.Hope it helps!

Thanks for the tip, I've spoke with Steve and he was meant to phone me back when he was next in the area. So far no call, who knew getting a 2" scuff on an alloy would be so hard to get fixed.

Do these guys not like just doing one wheel?

The Chipsaway guy sorted it for me yesterday, and you would never tell.
Good price and the guy was a very nice chap.


As for Steve Ford, he never did get back to me.

Good to hear you had it all sorted Shame about that, he did a good job with all our cars so can only speak from that. We need a midlands run out again soon!

This company do a mobile tyrefitting service, i've used them before. Good service.
