You won't be able to keep everyone happy unless they all win.

I went here last December. It was so cold that some people pulled up because the supplied orange work gloves didnt keep them warm enough and they couldnt feel their fingers!

Before we started I was stood wearing my helmet and gloves to try to keep warm and I was still shivering.

I'm sure they don't bother to heat it...I'm not sure that would bother me, but if the OP has any females in his party, I guess he'd better watch out.

I organised a mate's stag do there. Really good track (including an imitation Karussel!), good facilities, close to the M1, not too cold (it was in February when we went) and an added bonus which I'll let you find out when/if you arrive wink

Quite correct. Last works outing to a kart track ended in a punch up on track as the two fastest drivers tangled at the first corner of the final race...

It took four people to separate them & they were so incensed at loosing that they didn't speak to each other in any way shape or form for over 6 months!

They were also banned from re-starting the race.

What pissed them off even more was that three of the other finalists were women & the race was eventually won by a 20 year old whose boobs were too big for the race suit she was given for the night!!!!

The Raceway just of J2 on the M5, just north of birmingham, go there at least once a month, its great, takes about 1 min per lap / just under 1Km circuit, has an upper level and lower level, fast carts, nice long straight, and its cheap. http://www.theraceway.co.uk/index.php/birmingham.h...

I second that - raced there last year, great track with plenty of room to race properly.

Your work Xmas do's sound better than mine! Meals out seem the same year in year out......

Although last years meal will take some beating - a nice big piece of venison from the boss' home grown deer on a BBQ in 30 degree heat!!
