Yep - I'll be there with Auto Adrenalin on the Monday.

Should be a good show - even good weather has been booked

Just spent a few hours there. Lots of interesting cars about, and spotted a few PH stickers. Worth a trip out, very busy though.

We'll be in town around lunch - hopefully catch one or two of you there.

By the way - what's the format - checked the website and it told us sweet-FA about the event, except for the £15-20 entrance fee (seriously?!?).

Surely you can't be charged to enter town?.

That'd make more sense Doc.

The other question I had (which contradicted the fee thing) was it said cars would be parked throughout the centre. Which led to the question "who's going to want their super/classic-car parked in a normal bay for Doris and her 3 kids to pepper with parking dings?!?"

Anyway, we'll pop down, see what the score is, hopefully catch a couple of PHers...

Will be in a red Golf GTi with the family, but will keep an eye out for the Sunbeam, and for sone's Fezza.

Happened to be in town again today so had another look round and found myself at the Sporting Bears stand. Ended up going out in a Countach, great fun, although it took while to get back into the centre afterwards!

Traffic was horrific - about the worst I've seen town, probably because they chose to park everyone over at the Rec...and the entrance to the Rec is by the biggest traffic choke-point in town (Bridge), which of course made it 10x as bad...

Oh well...some lovely cars around.

Sone - your Fezza sounded great, even strangled through town...was going to wander over and say hi, but you seemed busy going from one ride to the next. Can't decide if the Lambo was better or not...normally V12s are, but the Scud is rather nice... thumbup

Doc - if your Sunbeam's LHD and you had your son with you, then I was the fool waving out of a red Golf while you were stuck by the Shell garage ~4.15pm.

Mike - saw you guys in convoy in the middle of town about 1pm...didn't look much fun, but at least the roofs were down! biggrin

I came in from Warwick traffic bad but not disastrous when I arrived around 11ish, parked @ riverside plenty of spaces then.

Sorry wrong Alpine, mines RHD and with wife + Dog.

Busy @ The Lazy Cow but managed a spot of lunch all in all a good day out

Got all the way to the park and ride but gave up when told the buses were taking over half an hour to get to the centre; we'd had enough of traffic by that point (2pm).

Was a shame, but in truth I was quite happy having had the black Countach blast past our open window at full chat. Top marks, sir.
