In-car electrical repairs/diagnostics in Stoke

This is going to sound like a really lame problem, but here goes...

My cigarette lighter in the Fiesta has randomly stopped working. I checked the fuses (the obvious first place to check), checked them against the diagram on the back of the glovebox until I found the one for the cigarette lighter and there wasn't one in that slot.... Tried putting one in anyway and it still isn't working.

So as 'checking the fuses' is the limit of my automotive electrical repair work I need to get someone to sort it. I work as a Carer and I'm out and about in my car all day so need to be able to charge my phone.

Can anyone recommend some place decent (and 'cheap')?
