My '78 MGB GT needs some welding. Will need a castle rail, section of centre cross member and new jacking point in order to do a good job.

Don't want it botched but also don't want to be ripped off. Is there anybody local that you guys would recommend?

I can highly recommend Guy Eastwood who works in Drayton Bassett, between Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth. He is a classic car restorer and the work you want doing is something he has done countless times over the years. he's an really nice and chap and is easy to deal with.

He is on 0772 1014097.

Thanks all, this could work better for me as I am Sutton based and preference would be for someone who does classic stuff day in, day out. I will get in touch and see if he can help smile
