I'm conscious that the quality of the service is very much based on the driver you get on the day, but just wondered if anyone had used either of these in the Midlands? Thanks. (never used mobile fitting before)

I have used Event (Redditch) and was happy with the fitter who was asigned to my job, though his area remit was quite broad. Clearly a car guy. I only used them over blackcircles etc because their price on my particular tyres were lowest but have no complaints. Would use again.

Have used Event several times and recommended them to others as the service has been great.

Dear b,

not quite Midlands - Cirencester but I am another satisfied etyres customer.
I've used them for 2x complete sets of Conti Eco & Sport on family Jazzes (sp?) and a pair of RE050 on my Monaro.

They cocked up the balancing (it happens) at last fitment but went out of their way to get it right the next day.
When things go wrong you find out whether a service is any good,

regards,
Jet

Used e-tyres for a replacement tyre on the Alpina.

The fitter was great - even didn't mind me telling him that he had to fit the tyre from the back of the wheel, so he put loads of cloths over the machine to protect the wheel.

Will use them again, no doubt.

Useful feedback, thanks folks. Will use one of them for my tyres this week then - some good prices, as well as some free fuel offers, and what appears to be good service, seems to add up to a decent offering (as well as I don't need to leave the house!).
