Light industrial / barns to let - Leicestershire

Mate and I are looking to rent a unit/barn space to be able to store our cars and work on them.

thing is were having trouble finding anywhere in the Hinckley area.

Were not looking to pay more than 2.5k pa really.

Anyone with any ideas or are we pi**ing in the wind?
