Honda Panoramic Roof Replacement - help!

Hi all,

I'm new to forums so its nice that I get to write my first entry due to my own total incompetence! Last night I managed to drive my 2006 Honda Civic into the barrier at the local supermarket, cracking the panoramic glass roof in several places - duh.

I can't now seem to find a Honda specialist in Derby that can look at it and can afford dealer prices. Can anyone recommend either a good Honda specialist or body work company in Derby that could handle this?

had to have the screen replaced on our w203 merc the other week , the fitter noticed the wife's civic with panoramic roof and said they had done some try through your windscreen cover it covers all vehicle glass?

About 3 years ago I had Pug 407SW with a pana roof and I managed to get it cracked by a stone, initially my insurance weren't interested, so I went to a Pug dealership and they wanted nearly £2.5k to replace it, gulp. I called my insurance company and they agreed I had full glass cover and they replaced the glass roof, they had the car for a day and a half tho', may be worth trying the insurance company
