Gearbox repair in Notts

Can anyone recommend a gearbox specialist in Nottinghamshire? My classic Impreza is making nasty noises!

Have heard that Hi Gear Services on Manvers Street might be worth a try. ( opposite the Corporation Bus Depot / Sneinton Market )
No personal experience.

Hi, based on past experience of the certain place in Notts mentioned above for my Subaru Legacy turbo, they managed to mess the rebuild up twice if i remember correctly, kept jumping out of gear. (a long time ago)

May be worth trying your luck at a breakers, that's what i ended up doing and it was the cheaper option in the end.

01623 555445. Just off High pavement if you know the area.
He only does gearboxes.
