Sorry, I know this thread this quite old. I have curbed my diamond cut alloys today and I am based in leicester. I was wondering if you knew how much those companies above charged? (tried to contact but being a saturday, not much luck) and what the turnaround time was, as I got a quote for £125 (seems steep) earlier from a company that stated 3 days to repair the scuffing...

Trim techniq did mine same day for about £80. They didn't recut the diamond, they resprayed it silver, it was a great job though and it was only really possible to tell that it wasn't diamond cut any more if you took the wheel off and put it right next to the other wheels on the car.

May I ask if this was a mobile job or did you visit them?

I visited buy I think they do mobile as I've seen their vans about, I only live a couple of miles away so I just went down.
