PHSS at Silverstone 2nd April

With the weather having binned the first attempt at Silverstone for this for 2018 & it rescheduled, whose up for meeting up as previously and a run down together? Usual meeting place / timing? Obligatory list to help....

As it's almost mid-week before the PHSS and Easter weekend for further distraction, is there anyone else who'd like to join us for a little drive to the Sunday Service on a Monday?, Usual meeting place (Motorbike Museum at 08:15 to arrive at the event for about 09:45) & a good excuse to charge the battery properly on your car after all the horrible weather recently

That's a good point - I need to sort out a new battery for the MR2, judgin by the Japanese writing on it, it is still the original from 2004!

I'm watching the weather forecasts as it doesn't look ideal for Monday morning with snow showers....bl**dy typical eh

Can't see this going ahead or if it does it won't be much fun getting there or back.

Hopefully they can rearrange and it'll be third time lucky!

I don't think Silverstone will cancel the track time unless they've snow on it.

I'm struggling to see the fun in sliding around on the way there/back & that it wouldn't be a wise decision to take the back roads IMO, especially with "real" temperatures at Silverstone around 1C predicted.....I have to concede that I'm going to drop out - sorry guys . I will try & organise a Peak District run out in the next few weeks

The weather wasn’t that bad on the drive down! I’ve just had a lovely drive back from the Cotswolds this evening.

A Peak District hoon later in the month sounds great Chris!
