Anyone fancy going?

It appears you have to book it directly with Bicester as there's a small charge for entry.

So there will be a bunch of PHers at an event, standing around together and pretending to be at a different event?

^ Ooooh, just like the PH Friday Service at LM24 then! Apparently the Bicester Scramble gets a wide variety of cars with the benefit there's lots to see undercover in the event the weather turns cr*p.

I know. I've been before. I just don't really understand how PH can organise an event which is actually somebody else's event.

Last time I went my folks were also there as part of a Porsche Club GB event, it just meant that they had a special area for parking. And a few flags.

As others have mentioned it is a good event, but I'm not really in a position to commit for a ticket. So I may just join you for the drive down and not go to the event...

Oh, so it's just like a club meeting at the Scramble, then.

The News item does make it sound like a PH event.

You can always hop in with me, having parked up locally?

Price is per person, not per car.

Thanks. I'll see what the score is nearer the day, although I think I would probably be able to park in the public car park anyway.

Given there are a few of us going, it's worth suggesting a meeting place if anyone fancies travelling down together? We normally meet at the Motorcycle Museum and try to stay off the motorways as much as possible on the way (subject to the weather), leaving at say 08.15 with a possible "meeting" around the A46/J15 M40 junction.
