Speed limit notices

Would it be possible to have a thread dedicated to speed limit reduction proposals? so we can all write up to appose it. More than likely it wouldn't do anygood but at least if you know about them you can try and do something about it

Definitely - given the covert way these things are announced - we've got the ABD website to thank for the knowledge of the impending demise of the A515!

I think the people who propose limit reductions need to explain themselves, especially when they want to set a limit far below the natural 'feel' of a road - another thing that the latest guidelines advise against.

Should it be here or in SP&L on a national basis - maybe as a sticky? Mind you I didn't get much of a response to a similar posting in the other forum.
