I have first hand (excellent) experience of the Bashandora (sp?) Indian restaurant in Sutton Coldfield if thats any help in your venue choice?

Yay, we have people Looks like most of us are from Solihull direction at the moment, so Sutton may be a tad far

Can you all please put your location & food preference (curry etc ), so I can work out where best to go to keep us all happy

When I lived on Monmouth Drive we used to go to the 'bash ya back door in' - excellent venue.

Now in Solihull, work in Leamington (so anything in between really) and pretty much any food suits me

Yeah - count me in as well. Food - well just about anything, Location - within 30 mls by preference (longer if Stu is driving )

What time were you thinking of for food - after 19:00 would be best as I will not get back to Soli until 18:00 ish.

In that case, even though i'm not going, may I suggest "The Boat" in Catherine de Barnes? Massive car park and decent grub. Its a chain though, but a decent one.

The Boat is a good call Not far from the NEC/M6/M42/Solihull/Coventry etc And a decent car park, and decent food IIRC.

More than happy to drive from the NEC although not bringing the Cerbie I'm afraid. Don't want to put you out and not much of a drinker anyway these days. Let me know if that is better for you.

Food and location wise I am totally easy so I shall leave it up to you lot.
