I should be there by 12 noon. I'll leave my number in the screen of the Audi.
Lets hope the weather is a bit better than last time. John

Some pics from today. The last picture is a couple of PHers looking at a car we'd never seen or heard of before...

That's the one - do you go to Curborough regularly - next time come and say hello (I'm dead easy to spot - work from the forum name...)

So - what is the Quatum? Tell us all about it!

Hi prof,

Don't visit Curborough regularly. Was there because 3 guys I know were competing (Scooby and two Pug 205s). First visit was same event last year. Was also there late last year for a 'practice day' organised by one of the Quantum Owners Club where we did laps round the top end of the track, which was good fun.

As for the car, it's based on Mk2 XR2 and has a composite monocoque bodyshell, so no steel chassis - and no rust! Not very powerful with standard engine but fairly light and low with stiff suspension so corners quite well. Practical enough to use everyday while being a bit different. Could really do with a tuned engine though...

Full marks to me I think Prof, I said it was Fiesta based.
