Anyone for a run out into the Cotswolds Sunday 15th April?

The South West boys (and girl...1 so far) have been mooting a run out in the Cotswolds for a while, see following thread www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&t=366430 so I have suggested this Sunday 15th April.

Thought some of the south Midlands guys and gals might like to join us? I've started a list in the attached thread and I've suggested a 9.00 a.m. meet at the Puesdown Inn (this is the C3C TVRCC monthly meet venue) on the A40 Oxford to Cheltenham road between the Cirencester - Stow roundabout and the A436 junction towards Cheltenham.

Anyone wanting to come, especially anyone who has any particularly interestiing routes in the Cotswolds we could try, then please add your name in the linked thread and we can decide on the day.

Hope to meet some of you on Sunday.

Its worth going up fish hill out of broadway towards stow. Get it right and its very rewarding to do fast, bit boring going down though, cos you can't overtake.

I agree, so it's better to come down the B4077 from Stow towards Broadway....lovely road and views are tremendous!

I am in Soli this weekend as Michelle is visiting me rather than the other way round. Given that last weekend was hijacked by a certain (blue) tamora and the Mallory Park races, I will probably have to have a Tiv free weekend this week on the grounds of wanting to stay together. I will explore options later this evening and get back.

I assume you are referring to my inability to turn out for a run out with Al at 6.00 a.m. on BH monday? Just didn't fancy an early start followed by a long drive back down to Evesham on a BH Monday!

Late night on Saturday and herself needing to be back at Bradford cathedral by 18:00 was not really suitable for joining you guys. Hope you had a good run out.

No Problem Bob......the day was great, the weather brilliant and met a few more PHers to boot. Finished the run at the AV8 bar at Kemble Airfield where there was a Cobra meet!
