It's the Americana International show at Newark County Showground next weekend - July 6th, 7th & 8th. There will be over 40 artists from the UK and USA playing rock 'n' roll, country and rock and blues. There will also be thousands of American cars, trucks and bikes on show in the main field. Hi Roger! wavey

I'll be there on Sunday so will no doubt bump into you at some point. Fingers crossed for good weather.

Chris Jackson says it's going to be the biggest ever and that there are going to be more 50s Cadillacs there than ever before.

Now there's a name from the past, I swopped him a speed boat for a 350 chevy engine in 1983. When he had a yard at Hucknall.

I've just taken ownership of your old Fairlane. Any info on the car would be greatly appreciated.

I happen to enjoy listening to rock and roll and some country. You can't beat rock 'n' roll when it comes to jiving and some country artists are superb lyricists.

Country music is 'to slit your throat to'!

Miserable, sad, dross in the main.

When I moved to Notts, many years ago I had the pleasure, ahem, of residing with his wife (and her then hubby) for several months smile
