Americana International 2007

It's the Americana International show at Newark County Showground next weekend - July 6th, 7th & 8th. There will be over 40 artists from the UK and USA playing rock 'n' roll, country and rock and blues. There will also be thousands of American cars, trucks and bikes on show in the main field. Hopefully summer will return by then as I'm planning on camping over Friday and Saturday night.

I happen to enjoy listening to rock and roll and some country. You can't beat rock 'n' roll when it comes to jiving and some country artists are superb lyricists.

When I moved to Notts, many years ago I had the pleasure, ahem, of residing with his wife (and her then hubby) for several months
