Diseasal Shed ?

Whilst the Chimaera is off the road for the Autumn and Winter, I am looking for a sum £1k shed to travel to work/Yorkshire that will be reliable and a little more fuel efficient (anything over 25 mpg would be an improvement).

Anyone got a suitable car they want to get rid of (assuming it will last for 18 months or so) or any ideas on what I should go for ?

I have an n reg zx td definitely in the shed category .It belonged to my sister in law .Plenty of new bits on it, i was going to put it through its mot and then sell it on ,you are quite welcome to have a look if you want.

I have a spare Peugeot 406 TD that needs to go. Remarkable ride and handling, starts everyday, 45-50mpg.

It's going because we need an estate car and have bought........another 406.
