anyone know where to get tyres in birmingham/cov area?

i have 225 45 16 and its hard to get them anywhere and dont want to shell out anohter 130 £ for just one tyre , as i just need one,as i have 2 nails in it but the tyre is only 6 weeks one, anyone know any good cheap place?

Britannia Tyres in Nuneaton were good.

Needed four new tyres Avon 225's were about £65 each all in. Good service and quick turnaround.

Britania have a depot in Coventry and are probably the best for price and delivery.

I used them a few years back to get tyres for my S2000 - they were quick, reasonably cheap and took care not to mark the wheels.

well i ended up in a really dodgy end of coventry and the guy fixed my tyre for 5£! beat that!

Always thought them pricey as I've always found Britannia good value with plenty of good advice, although perhaps the Nuneaton branch has been filled with older blokes and seems to have gone (IMHO) slightly down hill , especially with regard to speed. Found JUST TYRES virtually same price , better range, good knowledge ,and faster service (Nuneaton Branch) ,even tho smaller depot.

Agree with Nuneaton Britannia tyres prices(very good), but the service is appaulling.. I left my van to have 2 new rears fitted, returned after an hour to see them just driving it in... another hour later and it was returned to me... ignoring the first hour I still don't see why it took an hour to fit 2 tyres on a van....?

I only ever took my car there the once and after having the rim refurbished after the event I swore to never return with the the car.. Silverline in Warwick now get the work for the P&J - Never damaged a rim and never even seen an airgun go near my rims

Had a puncture repaired there,charged me over £17,never paid more than a tenner before,wont be using them again!
