I do things with other fruits. 
I make country wines and don't have enough bottles for when this year's batches will be bottled in a few months.
Currently fermenting/ageing are:
5 gallons elderflower,
5 gallons blackberry,
6 gallons damson
5 gallons pear
1 gallon nectarine
1 gallon peach
in total, enough for about 130 bottles
