Well, i am sorry to disagree here, Michael, but i don't think a Midlands car thread is the place to (essentially) discuss faeces, mate.
(If i am in a minority here on this, then that's fine.)
I am sure there is a more suitable forum for that sort of thing?
If you are trying to make light of your medical problems, then i can understand that, to an extent. After all, i thought i was a 'gonner' when i had 2 cancerous lumps appear (skin cancer, from far too much sunshine).
But, IMHO, the subject is in bad taste.

Well for one, no one has been discussing faeces; not in this thread, nor in the original one I started - referred to, yes but not discussed.(If i am in a minority here on this, then that's fine.)

Yes, I am making light of my medical problems (this I think is pretty damn obvious).
The subject in question is cancer; I don't think the subject is in bad taste and I presume that most people would agree with me on this.
Your problem with my original thread, I think (and please DO correct if I'm wrong) is not the subject in question, nor where it is, but my sexuality and your personal views of it. You are entitled to your views. Your presumption that a particular sexual activity directly causes cancer was both wrong and offensive though, coupled with a noted lack of wishes from you for my good health. Do I take this to mean that you believe I deserve cancer somehow?? I sincerely hope not.
I do not hide my sexuality (there is no good reason why I should) but I do not think that I 'parade' it in front of everyone like a banner. I certainly hope I don't.
I do not wish this to become a slanging match between us, but I will not let homophobic comments slide unnoticed, however well the language is written to try and disguise them.
And I will try to keep the thread with some humour in, even if it is at my expense.
